Our life causes our body to deteriorate. People become stooped and decompensated. Due to our habits and customs, we overuse some muscles and underuse others. Pilates can be a good “remedy” for this, as it consists of exercises that stretch, straighten and strengthen the body.


The Pilates method is a physical training system that increases strength, flexibility, endurance and concentration. It focuses on the control of the body along with the mind. Through its practice, the conscious control of all the muscular movements of the body is achieved.
